At Canton Wellness Center, we offer more than weight loss. Our professionally trained coaches are ready to help you every step of the way to meet your weight loss goals, whether its 100 lbs, 20 lbs, or just 5 lbs. The Canton Wellness method is not simply a high protein diet, we simply offer a variety of delicious, quality, protein-based foods that are easy to prepare. 

The body has three sources of energy from which it draws to meet its metabolic needs: Carbohydrates, Muscle, Fat. Chronologically, the body will first draw on its carbohydrate reserve before turning to muscle and fat. During the weight loss phases of the protocol, we limit carbohydrate intake to encourage the body to turn to its fat and muscle components for energy. By eating high biological protein foods, the protocol helps to support muscle mass and teaches dieters how to develop smarter eating habits and a stable weight after weight loss goals are achieved.
